We are looking to hire a talented video motion graphics specialist to join our Creative Team and collaborate on graphic design within the Internet Marketing arm of our business.

The Graphic Designer – Motion Graphics position will be responsible for applying his/her creative expertise (ideation, graphic design, video creation, motion graphics skills) to create video & image-based advertising experiences & multimedia across primarily digital platforms (mobile, desktop, tablet), including social media, email, website, and mobile app. Applicant must have strong conceptual skills, strong video production skills (motion design, after effects etc.) and attention to detail with knowledge of commercial application. Ideal candidate is high-energy, hands-on and thrives in a fluid, entrepreneurial environment, with a passion for learning and innovating.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work with Partners, Account Manager and clients to conceptualize, design and execute digital experiences around key brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive the ideation and creation of custom graphics and motion graphics for email, social media, web channels and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Willingness to ideate, shoot and edit photoshoots/video for clients in various verticals
  • Engage in deep, meaningful, data-driven copywriting for various client advertising, website initiatives
  • Assist in ad hoc day-to-day creative needs.
  • Develop, update, and maintain presentations in InDesign and PowerPoint.
  • Constantly research the latest trends in design and communication and lead test-and-learn efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in graphic design, video production & motion graphics at an agency or within a corporate creative/marketing department.
  • Superb knowledge of Adobe Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and Illustrator.
  • Extensive experience with email, social media, and web — including responsive design — with strong understanding of online communications and technologies.
  • Experience with movement graphics and animations required.
  • Ability to execute thoughtful, simple Photography/Videography is a major plus.
  • Ability to match tone, voice etc in copy to various clientele, initiatives
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS a plus.
  • Well-versed in classic design principles and innovative design trends.
  • Accustomed to validating designs through user and A/B testing, leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback in creative process.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fluid fast-paced environment.

Email Marketing Manager

We are looking to hire a talented Email Marketing Manager to join our team and work within our internet marketing arm of the business. The role of this Digital Media Manager is a critical, day-to-day focal point within 565 Media who is tasked with seamlessly executing operations of multiple email campaigns and client service activities associated with assigned accounts, driving measurable growth for 565 clientele.

We are looking for highly motivated talents who eat, breathe and dream Email Marketing and have experience scaling campaigns aggressively for fast-growing startups and mature e-comm companies alike. The Email Marketing Manager will drive the development and execution of our email marketing and campaign efforts while responsible for leading client communication, strategy, campaign evolution and reporting. We’re seeking an extremely driven, quick-learning, self-starter and detail-oriented individual. Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing campaign development, deployment, management and optimization
  • Establish critical targeting strategies based on customer lifecycle segmentation, predictive analytics & other key insights from clients.
  • Develop the email creative approach, flow chart, and effectively persuade clients of your strategy
  • Launch and QA new email campaigns on a multitude of email service providers.
  • Improve existing campaign metrics, with frequent a/b testing of subject lines, time of send, content, & more.
  • Track, analyze and report on client email KPI’s, and suggest a rigorous testing schedule to report back and iterate on consistently.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for email marketing clients, leading communication, feedback, development/growth of the client relationship.

Skills and Experience:

  • A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically email marketing best practices & strategies.
  • Knowledge of best practices for creating optimized email templates (including responsive design), dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws
  • Ability to work independently; a self starter to the extreme.
  • Strategic thinking, prioritization skills, troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced atmosphere

The role of this Digital Media Analyst is a critical, day-to-day focal point within 565 Media who is tasked with seamlessly executing multiple digital media planning/buying and client service activities associated with assigned accounts. You will be integral in the development and management of effective digital strategy and media buying and will be in the weeds, driving growth for 565 clientele.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly knowledgeable on all digital media outlets including display, mobile, social, search, online video, as well as emerging media and new technology platforms.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Actively participating in client strategy and media planning meetings
  • Determining optimum use of budgeted funds to achieve strategic marketing objectives
  • Negotiating media rates, buys as needed
  • Communicating effectively with Ad Platform representatives to identify opportunities to improve existing spend, and test new inventory.
  • Uploading and optimizing the assigned media plans. Issue and track all insertion orders and client spend.
  • Writing up opinions on new media opportunities
  • Studying and leveraging of applicable media research tools/platforms to assist in identifying applicable customer segments, keywords & targeting.
  • Build out and traffic media buys in an ad-server.
  • Measuring/evaluating media plans/KPIs and tests.
  • Building scalable analyses to measure results on a daily / weekly basis, and react quickly to adjust future media buys

Google Ads Specialist

565 Media is an innovative, fast-growing Internet /Performance Marketing Firm headquartered in Palms in West LA. We are looking to hire a talented Google Ads Specialist to join our team and work within our internet marketing arm of the business.
The role of the Google Ads Specialist is a critical, day-to-day focal point within 565 Media who is tasked with seamlessly executing multiple digital media planning/buying and client service activities associated with assigned accounts. You will be integral in the development and management of effective digital strategy and media buying and will be in the weeds, driving growth for 565 clientele. This role will report directly to our VP of Internet Marketing.
565 Media is looking for an ambitious Google Ads Specialist to manage and help lead strategy on key client accounts across Adwords, Bing, Yahoo & other tangential initiatives within the company. This role will be primarily focused on managing a large book of client relationships on Customer Acquisition initiatives online. The right candidate will at a high level be responsible for building & scaling effective Customer Acquisition strategies via PPC/Display/Video/Mobile & Shopping ads etc for clientele – with a focus on increasing volume, improving conversion KPIs, and driving retention and lengthening LTV on behalf of clients. The right candidate loves digging into numbers, is able to think strategically and tactically as well as creatively, enjoys testing and iterating, has a relentless drive and passion for the customer, and will roll up his/her sleeves to execute. The candidate should be comfortable in the weeds, as well as working alongside and at times managing a team of hungry quantitative junior analysts.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Execute Google Ads campaign strategy tactics on a daily basis
  • Support the Google Ads team to ensure campaigns are tracking according to allocated budgets and performance goals
  • Run in-depth analyses to make sure the Google Ads channel is meeting all KPIs including: traffic goals, revenue, ROI and engagement
  • Maintain Google Ads best practices across all campaigns and search engines
  • Support other paid digital acquisition strategies like app promotion, display, paid social and retargeting as needed
  • Identify areas of growth opportunity for Google Ads campaigns and be ready to communicate what those are, execute accordingly and report on results
  • Work closely with day-to-day account managers at Google, Bing and Yahoo
  • Closely review Google Ads data across multiple platforms such as AdWords, GA, etc. with a keen eye for detail
  • Support with marketing tag integration through GTM, and be able to QA and troubleshoot implementation
  • Optimize Google Ads campaigns by leveraging SQRs and Landing Page validation tools
  • Work closely with Business Analytics team on key project for the business
  • Manage quarterly and semi-annual Google Ads optimization projects to maintain updated and relevant campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • 3+ years of hands on experience managing large paid search campaigns (Google, Bing, Yahoo)
  • Experience scaling/managing budgets of $10,000-$250,000/month in ad spend across these channels
  • Detailed oriented with established knowledge of Google Ads processes
  • Proficient with Google Ads, BingAds, and Yahoo Gemini as well as the desktop editor tools
  • Strong Excel proficiency required
  • Strong analytical skills highly desired
  • Google Analytics experience required
